While working on fitting the various tubes on the chassis the sheet aluminum for the fuel cell was cut and bent by Josh N. The fuel cell is a ingenious design that incorporates the stock CBR600RR fuel pump as well as a low pressure lift pump that continuously fills the internal surge tank. We are just waiting for the professional welder to weld the tank.
We are also becoming expert tube copers. As you can see in the following pictures. No gaps here, thank you very much.
